Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, testing, or installation.
• Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and with all protective materials intact.
• Tags & Documentation: Security tags, labels, and product documentation must be intact and unaltered.
• Complete Sets: All accessories, attachments, and components included with the equipment must be included in the return.
• Proof of Purchase: Valid receipt or order confirmation number is required to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return

We've made the return process as simple as possible. Here's how to get started:

Refund Processing Timeframe

We understand that timely refunds are important. After we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

Product Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or specification? Exchanges are quick and easy. If you'd like to exchange a product for another item:

• Contact us with the product you wish to exchange and the replacement item you'd prefer.
• Exchanges are processed faster than returns—typically within 3-5 business days of receiving your original item.
• If the replacement item is more expensive, you'll only pay the difference. If it's less expensive, store credit will be issued.
• Standard return conditions apply to all exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

• Hygiene Products: Facial masks, creams, oils, and other consumables for sanitary reasons.
• Custom Orders: Products customized, personalized, or manufactured to your specific requirements.
• Sealed Packages: Items where the seal has been broken (with the exception of product inspection).
